Edward Sithole and Associated Inc. is looking for an individual that has 2 years post admission experience as an attorney. Individual must have a valid driver's license. LLM will e advantageous.
Overview of the role:
Commercial, contractual and civil litigation.
Research
Providing legal opinions in relation to the law and changes to legislation
Responding to court queries
Preparing reports
Appearing in court when required
Preparing briefs to counsel
Drafting legal templates
Dealing with matters post judgement
Drafting of court documents in both action and application proceedings and
Registering on, loading and effectively utilising Case Lines and Court online
